Diane G. Reed
Diane Reed has practiced bankruptcy law exclusively since graduating from the University of California at Berkeley School of Law in 1982. She has had experience working in large and small law offices and has operated her own practice for more than 15 years. Diane has represented individuals as well as small to medium size businesses in the Bankruptcy Courts of Dallas and Ft. Worth and is licensed to practice in all the United States District Courts in Texas.
David W. Elmquist
David Elmquist graduated with high honors from the University of Texas School of Law in 1978. After 30 years of practice at two large Dallas law firms where he represented clients in business bankruptcies and bankruptcy-related litigation, David has brought his bankruptcy law and litigation expertise to Waxahachie. During his career, David has represented business and consumer debtors, secured creditors, creditors' committees and bankruptcy trustees. David is admitted to practice in all of the U.S. District Courts in Texas and before the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. David's name appears in Best Lawyers in America 2010® (Copyright 2009 by Woodward/White, Inc., of Aiken, S.C.), which is a peer-review survey of top attorneys in the country.
Jeffery D. Carruth
Jeff Carruth has focused his practice on commercial bankruptcy and business insolvency matters, including related litigation and strategic transactions, since graduating from Texas Tech University School of Law in 1997. Over the years Jeff has represented financial institutions and other lenders, business debtors, special-situation individual debtors, family farmers, creditor committees, and trustees. Jeff’s practice includes state court litigation and out-of-court solutions involving borrowers and lenders. Jeff also represents working interest owners and other investors, service companies, and trade creditors in oil and gas bankruptcy cases throughout Texas. Jeff was recognized as a Rising Star in the area of business bankruptcy by Texas Monthly magazine in 2003, 2008, and 2009.
Tina Tuccelli
Tina Tuccelli has practiced insurance law and trial litigation exclusively since graduating from the Texas Tech University School of Law in 2003. She has had experience working in large law office in Dallas, Texas. Tina has represented individuals as well as small to medium size businesses in the District and Bankruptcy Courts of Dallas and Fort Worth and is licensed to practice in all the United States District Courts in Texas.
Seth McCloskey
Seth McCloskey is an associate with Reed & Elmquist and represents the interests of business and consumer debtors, secured creditors, and bankruptcy trustees. Seth has a wide range of legal experience, including time as a State Certified Legal Intern with the Lucas County Prosecutor’s Office, and most recently as a law clerk with one of Ohio’s most prestigious personal injury firms. Seth’s legal experience also extends to areas of business, property, and contract law.
